How It Works
Monte Sacro is a newspaper of record for builders and leaders. Every subject answers the same fifteen questions — on success and what it costs, resilience and failure, the books and people who shaped them, university and learning, the future, and faith — and we publish their written response in full. At the close of each conversation, we ask two final things: who they believe we should speak with next, and how our questions might be made sharper. In this way, one voice leads us to the next — and the questions themselves grow wiser with every telling — a chain of wisdom passed from one builder to another.
- Step One01
We Select The Subject
Each edition begins with a founder, operator or executive whose decisions are quietly shaping an industry. We reach out and deliver the questions.
- Step Two02
We Ask The Fifteen
Every subject receives the same curated set of fifteen questions — a standing examination on success, resilience, learning, university, the future and faith.
- Step Three03
They Write Back On The Record
No press release language, no polished talking points. We publish what they actually wrote — honest, considered, and unedited in substance.
- Step Four04
We Go To Press
The response is filed as a Monte Sacro story, free to read, archived in full, and added to a growing record of how today's leaders actually think.
